At the heart of Bristol’s independent cultural quarter, creativity is in our DNA.
A monolithic 1970’s building on Stokes Croft, Hamilton House is home to a community of designer-makers, creatives, entrepreneurs, thought-leaders and change makers. Workspaces include coworking, artists’ studios and offices ranging in size from the intimate to the cavernous. A variety of events spaces include meeting rooms, performance and art spaces.

Meeting Rooms
Available seven days a week from 8:30am – 10:30pm. Drop us a message if you have a workshop or meeting coming up you need space for.
Parking
Secure contract parking is available on a flexible monthly and annual basis. The car park is kept locked with 24/7 access to permit holders.
Mild West Room
£30+VAT Per Hour – Capacity for 130 people standing and 60 people seated – great for workshops, larger meetings, classes and presentations.
Phone Booths
Two person meeting rooms on the coworking floor to accommodate private 1-1s and video calls

Event Space
£40+VAT Per Hour – With a capacity for up to 250 people standing and 120 people seated, this venue is perfect for theatre productions, rehearsals, running larger meetings and talks.
The Art Room
£20+VAT Per Hour – Ideal for art workshops and classes or even artists that are looking for a space by the hour.
The Green Room
£25+VAT Per Hour – This space is great for small workshops, meetings and training days. Suitable for up to 20 people seated.
