To clarify: There are two classes per day on the two days of the weekend, from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. Participants must attend all four classes.

A classic sequence of yogic postures that flow with the breathing, the Surya Kriya removes stress and leaves you feeling good inside. Performed regularly, it brings flexibility to the body and equanimity to the mind.
It takes just 21 minutes, but can be repeated for greater effect, or performed before Isha's sequence of Yogasanas for a holistic yogic experience.
Surya Kriya can be practiced at home, and does not require any equipment.
