'Asanas" means postures, and "Yogasanas" are those postures that are recognised in the ancient yogic science as beneficial to the human being.

The widely respected Indian yogi, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, has designed this sequence of Yogasanas to provide a holistic growth path for the practitioner. It will be taught carefully and in detail, so that it can be practiced at home with no ongoing costs.

The teacher will also explain the conditions that will provide the best experience of yoga.

Free support is available to practitioners who have been trained by our teachers.
