Members Morning Stretch

Members of our Forward Space’s are invited to join in with this morning stretch class. Ran by one of our members Jayne, enjoy a 45 minuet class to stretch out the week thus far and get you through the midweek slump. A combination of yoga, pilates and stretching, this practice will help you connect with your body and ready to face the rest of the week.

·      Every Wednesday, 8:30am-9:15am. 

·      Please bring your own mat if you have one. 

·      No need to book in advance. Located in the 3A Event Space.
