Girls Against Anxiety Support Group

Sessions every Tuesday from 4pm – 5.30pm in The Green Room at Hamilton House

Girls Against Anxiety group sessions provide a safe and inclusive space for girls, women, and non-binary individuals aged 18-26 to come together and support each other in dealing with anxiety and mental health challenges.

In these sessions, participants engage in various activities to promote mental well-being, such as journaling, crafting, and creative workshops like jewelry making, painting, and pottery.

The sessions facilitate open conversations about worries and anxieties, allowing members to share their experiences, coping mechanisms, and ways to feel better. Through laughter, tears, and compassionate listening, the group fosters a sense of belonging and community among its members. Additionally, the group encourages members to discuss their daily lives, seek support, and provide encouragement to each other.

The ultimate goal is to create a space where everyone feels understood, valued, and less alone in their struggles with anxiety and mental health.
